Absolutely impeccable food and service! This is genuinely the most authentic Japanese ramen I’ve had- both in ambience and in their food- since going to Kumamoto years ago. I’ve been searching for a place like this forever! 10/10 will be making this my new go-to lunch spot!

The wait to be seated was under 10 minutes but there are only a few tables so that's to be expected. Our server was super nice and the service was very fast. I got the Peanut Brisket Tantanmen and it was totally delicious. I definitely recommend trying this place out.

The food was amazing! The broth is so flavorful and balanced. I just wish they added little bit more protein that was the only downside of the meal. However it tasted delicious.

Authentic Ramen! I cannot stop telling people about how amazing this place is. Karai bowl has my soul, the smell when you enter this establishment has me drooling every time. The broth I would order a cup of to drink it’s that good. Y’all the UBE CHEESECAKE, not only is it savory, fluffy, not overly sweet it’s the prettiest color. I wish I would have taken a picture but my stomach won. Hands down the best. Service was impeccable and seemed to enjoy their job.

I don’t review places often, but my fiancé and I will be moving out of the Jacksonville area, and we are really gonna miss this place. I cannot recommend Karai Ramen enough. Every time we’ve eaten here, it has been consistently amazing (and we have eaten here quite a bit). I have not been to another ramen place that can even compete with Karai, let alone top it. If you haven’t eaten here yet, what are you waiting for?!
