The food here is quite good, but pricey for what you get. We ordered the chips with caramelized onion dip, fried chicken sandwich and the caesar salad. The Caesar salad was really good. The chicken sandwich was good but kind of disintegrated quickly. I have to echo the other reviewers that the whole mandatory service charge thing is not cool, if it's not a tip.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in LA with some of the best and most friendly staff/service -- really sad they're closing in October :( Notably, THERE'S NO LONGER A SERVICE CHARGE that other reviewers complained about. Highlights: lobster roll (best I've had in LA); shrimp toast; Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich (better than the regular one); pimento cheese fries; bourbon crunch ice cream (amazing) Good but wouldn't get again: banana bread dessert; broccoli peanuts salad

Simply amazing! The best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had… not to mention the lobster roll and quinoa salad. It’s always nice to come back when I’m in LA, highly recommended
